Omvion is an independent engineering studio based in Colombo, working with clients worldwide. We keep the team deliberately small, so the people who scope your project are the people who build it, from the first call to the last release.
Why we started this.
We started Omvion after years of watching good ideas get built badly: slow teams, delegated work, technical debt shipped as a feature. We do it differently: the people who scope your project are the people who build it.
Why we stay small.
Most studios grow by adding layers between the client and the code. We would rather limit how many projects we take on than dilute who does the work. It means we sometimes say not yet, and that every project we do take on gets our full attention.

Senior-led, always
Your project is led end to end by the people who scoped it. No rotation, no junior bench, no account manager in between.

Limited by design
We take on a small number of projects at a time, so each one gets our full attention, not a slice of a busy team’s week.

The people who scope the work write the code and answer the messages, from the first call to the last release.

Scope before contract
Discovery produces a fixed scope and a fixed architecture before anything is signed. No hourly drift.

Privacy is architecture
Data minimisation, deletion, and audit trails are designed in from the first sprint, not bolted on before launch.

You own everything
The code, the infrastructure, and the documentation are yours, with runbooks and decision records, so anyone can run the system without us.

If we're not the right team for the work, we'll say so early, and tell you who is.
On AI and privacy
We use AI tools throughout our engineering workflow. It makes us faster. It does not make us less rigorous.
Every product we ship, including our own, handles user data with the same standard: collected minimally, stored securely, never sold, always explainable.
