Privacy and terms.

This policy explains what personal data Omvion Studio (“Omvion”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and the rights you have over it. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible for your data

Omvion Studio is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question about this policy or your data, email hello@omvion.dev.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, and optionally your company, project type, budget range, timeline, and a description of your project.

When you visit the site. Our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use this data to identify you.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not send your data to third-party font or analytics services.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement: processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the site secure and available: our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website (Article 6(1)(f)).

We never sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers (sub-processors) who process data on our behalf and under contract:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, and security.
• Resend: delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 12 months after our last correspondence. If we go on to work together, data handling is governed by our project agreement. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are retained only for the short period needed for security and operations.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@omvion.dev. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Client engagements

This policy covers this website only. For client work, what data is collected, how it is processed, and how long it is kept are set out in the project agreement and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.

These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them.

This site is informational

This website describes Omvion’s work and capabilities. It is not itself a service, and using it, including sending an enquiry, creates no contract between you and Omvion.

Client engagements

Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, intellectual property, payment, and confidentiality, agreed before any work begins. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Our content

Content on this site, including text, case studies, product descriptions, graphics, and the Omvion name and logo, belongs to Omvion or is used with permission. You may share links to it and quote short passages with attribution, but please do not reproduce it otherwise without our written permission.

Case studies describe real work as accurately as we can. Code samples and product visuals shown alongside them are illustrative, and products described as launching may change before release.

No warranties

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Nothing on it is professional advice for your specific circumstances, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed.
